L'Oreal is a very diverse company with a variety of employees from different ethnicity. Alongside, the company also supports the LGBT community and women especially in leadership.

Again something else that my company is extremely passionate about, works hard towards, for example this year we could sign up for Mardi Gras, as a team of us are going to the parade and to support this community. Maternity leave is great - as well as this Paternity leave is just as good. Flexible working hours mean it is fairly easy for parents to work here

Very inclusive of women and LGBT and ensuing plenty of opportunities are available. There is low levels of ethnic diversity which may need to be addressed
