Structured training programs, both internal and external, are focused directly on career development and skills advancement. From our Grad Program, onto our Management Development Program and then into the Executive Leadership Program, every employee at Mainbrace has an individual development plan that tracks their current and future career goals and we work alongside each employee to give them the tools, skills and knowledge to achieve success within their careers.

For over 27 years, 80% of all the projects we have built have been Retail. We have worked for most of Australia’s major retailers – Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Costco, IKEA, Mirvac, Harvey Norman, GPT, Charter Hall, Stocklands, the list goes on.
