I work on the Gov Team, we handle all the day-to-day interactions with clients across all Departments and Agencies regarding for content/reporting/dashboards/auditing and general support. We also run training for clients either in groups or one-on-one to ensure they are able to use MW independently. Our mission is to get clients stuck to the product - not stuck to us!
I work across multiple stakeholder management in APAC across management and above roles. Upskilling and developing people in the team, discussing future career opportunities and aligning to ensure they're properly skilled to master their jobs and have fun doing it!
