What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I've heard that other firms get paid more, and I would like to be paid more (wouldn't anyone?) - But it's hard to tell this early in my career.
I am satisfied with my pay, I am in my first year so I have not received any bonuses and I not aware on the company policy regarding bonuses.
I think the rates are fair and bonuses are a good motivating factor. I don't have too much experience in the industry and am unable to comment too much on the differences with other firms.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Free gym membership, great end of journey facilities for exercise, the building is awesome.
Free gym membership and regular social functions
Chef cooked dinner (with cutlery and crockery) every night at 7:30pm, taxis home from 8pm.
Free tickets to the zoo and free gym membership
We have a free gym membership and discounted Pilate's classes. We also get taxis and a basic dinner for late nights.
taxis home after working late, late dinners, free gym membership
The best perk I have received so far is to have my college of law paid for although I don't think this is very unusual among top tier law firms
Free CBD platinum gym membership, various discounts with corporate partners, freebies, regular team morning teas, afternoon teas, drinks, as well as parties such as the end of financial year party and the Christmas party
Free gym membership to fitness first has been great! Taxis and dinner are provided when working late - although it would be preferable not to be working late enough to use them!
There are taxi vouchers for when you are working late. There is a gym membership. There are occasional offers for movie tickets or the firm will cover participation in social events such as fun runs.
