Retail Business Analyst, Technology Internship – Sydney
What will you be doing in your program
Working within our highly successful Retail division, with mentorship from our Business Solutions Manager you will assist the retail divisional team with business and technology analysis through the review of business optimisation projects within the retail division. You will act as bridging the gap between the Mirvac's business and Mirvac's technology. This you will achieve through the assistance of implementation and support of business information systems across the retail division. You will assist to identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the Retail business' goals. You will also assist to leverage technology to improve employee performance (internal stakeholders) and enhance customer experience (external stakeholders).
You will have access to broader Group activities including the chance to contribute to the community via our volunteering program, take part in social events, visit and learn more about our development sites and investment properties.
Our mentoring program will help you be at your best and gain the most out of your time at Mirvac.
This is a full-time summer internship program designed to assist you to build your career in the Property & Construction Industry.
12 weeks full-time Summer Internship within your team based at our Sydney CBD HQ.
Participation of active projects both within your team and within our Innovation Projects;
Learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills;
Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team;
Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams;
Support structure including the Team Manager who will mentor you, Buddy and Intern Program HR Team;
At the completion of your summer program, a review meeting will be conducted, and you may be offered the opportunity to continue within your team in a tailorable working structure (Full time, Part Time or Casual throughout 2020 and beyond). This is based upon your performance throughout the summer and dependent on available business project workload and will be openly discussed throughout your summer program. Your continued employment beyond the program is not guaranteed, but there may be an opportunity for you and this is reviewed on a case by case basis for each student participating in the program.
