I'm able to work from home, to take two hours out of my week to establish work-life balance, and I can come to work in a beautiful office everyday. These things all combine to make a comfortable, supportive culture. It really feels as though I'm coming to a happy place to work, though one day I may be sitting next to the CEO, to my manager, to somebody in a different area entirely. We all know each other and that dramatically removes silos. I can easily watch our executive team lead the business and it's incredible. Mirvac is really proud of its people.
