As a Monadelphous Graduate, you'll do real, "hands-on" work, receive on-the-job training and experience a variety of projects and rotations with ongoing mentoring and support.

Our business delivers services through two main divisions; Engineering Construction and Maintenance & Industrial Services, both of which are underpinned by a Corporate support function. As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to move throughout the business, so that you get a broad experience across a range of locations, projects and teams.
If you are an Engineering, Construction Management or Health, Safety & Environment Graduate, you will be "hands-on" involved in the practical management of our projects, such as executing a fixed plant shut-down, coordinating subcontractors on high profile resource and infrastructure projects, or forecasting revenue and costs.
