Customer Operations Team placements may include working across our divisions in Retail, Business & Private Banking and our enabling teams such as fulfilment and financial crime. The role is diverse and offers you the opportunity to work across customer support teams allowing you to build the core skills, knowledge and system competence essential for a banking career.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 12 months banking and finance industry experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised and able to pick up tasks quickly

  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Business or Finance tertiary qualification preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of banking processes and credit experience preferred

NAB, invested in you

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll be provided with extensive job-ready training prior to each business placement and dedicated coaching and mentoring. You'll also have access to ongoing coaching and mentoring, our Career Qualified in Banking accreditation as well as a wide range of educational, financial, lifestyle, health & wellbeing benefits. For more information please visit here.

Join NAB

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. Build your career with an organisation that celebrates and thrives on the differences in our people. Let's explore who you are and what drives you. We'd love to share our vision for the future of banking and the role that you can play.

If you think this role is the right fit for you, we invite you to apply. We actively encourage and welcome candidates of all ages and cultural backgrounds, people with disability and Indigenous Australians to apply.

To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status. Please note candidate screening and interviews may be conducted prior to the closing date of the job advert.

This is a full-time role with an expected start date of 10th May 2021.
