  • NAB provides a lot of learning and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and flexible environment where people are always happy to connect with you and contribute to your development.

  • Great working and social culture. Challenging and engaging work with plenty of support.

  • Being such a large organisation, sometimes it is difficult to see the tangible effects of your work.

Company will match personal charitable donations up to a certain value per year. 2 days volunteering leave provided per year to contribute to associated NAB volunteering projects or self-arranged volunteering initiatives. 1 day bushfire leave - take a day to go support a community affected by the 2019/2020 bushfires. Annual opportunity to complete skilled volunteering secondment in an Indigenous community.

I think that for the hours that we work which are very reasonable, the pay is also reasonable. However, I would not mind working more hours for a higher paying salary.

I work about eight hours a day but some days I'll do more and some I'll do less. NAB discourage overtime work and so there's flexibility to take time off if you've worked particularly long on another day. Many people work compressed fortnights and there are RDOs built into your leave accruals.

NAB has been carbon neutral since 2010 and has a strong environmental program. The office building has a great energy rating.
