Pros & Cons

  • Culture is amazing, very friendly, and leaders are accessible.
  • The culture is very inclusive and appreciates the differences among people.
  • As a graduate, I am getting responsibility from my leaders and support to develop.
  • I enjoy the work that I do. I love working with customers and working as a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Company benefits and working culture. Physical offices are also really nice.
  • There are quite a few processes and systems to learn, so it can be daunting at first.
  • The technology programs can be old, and things take a longer time to process.
  • Being a bank, there is a lot of compliance to follow.
  • It can get busy during peak times, so you'll have to work longer hours.
  • I do feel at times there is a lack of training on how to use a system here and there, but you can normally just find that out yourself.
