Daniel A, Monash University, Business Information Systems
How did you end up at NAB and in the Graduate Program?
I completed a 6-month industry placement at NAB through my university and applied for the graduate program – my experiences helped me progress through the application process.
Tell us about the work you’ve been doing so far.
Do you get to be yourself at work?
Definitely. NAB encourages individuals to express themselves and use their personal strengths and personality traits to complement their technical skills at work.
Do you still get to enjoy a life outside of work?
Absolutely – I have many extra-curricular commitments which I have managed to keep. My biggest challenge in this area is time, as I have a 1.5hr commute (one-way).
What would you say to someone that is interested in applying to the NAB Graduate Program?
Could not recommend it more. After working at the company during university while on a placement, I loved the culture so much that I didn’t even apply for any other graduate programs – NAB is an awesome place to work at, and they have an excellent, well-organised program which focuses on providing YOU with the widest range of valuable experiences possible.
