The NDIA aims to be an employer that ensures people with disability are able to access secure and sustainable employment opportunities and are respected for their skills and capabilities.

  • Support with the application and interview process. NDIA has Disability Confident Recruiter accreditation from the Australian Network on Disability (AND)
  • Workplace adjustments and flexibility that suit individual needs. NDIA understands how a person’s lived experience of disability is unique to them
  • Access to an Employee Disability Network which offers support, a place to raise ideas and any concerns
  • Managers are provided information and tools to confidently support employees with disability.

These initiatives are supported by the Disability Strategy and Action Plan.
