Newmont seeks graduates with:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering (Bachelor or above) related to automation
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong teamwork, initiative and communication skills
  • A track record and interest to work in remote locations
  • Previous industry or vacation work experience within the mining industry is desirable
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency status

Graduate positions will join our 2024 Graduate cohort and gain experience at our regional office in Subiaco as well as our Boddington and Tanami mine sites.
