Interview process via phone call, the nature of the call was informal and made me feel comfortable, questions were relatable and answerable, interviewers were personable

Personality and communication is vital, be confident and believe in yourself. Don't sweat the skills, anyone can complete the task but it's how you work and communicate with people that is important.

Learn about the company Better to have a diverse range of skills then purely high academic grades. Think about after curricular activities that have help you learn new skills or given a different perspective that may be work applicable.

Have a few different scenarios prepared which you can use for examples of team work, safety, leadership, working under pressure, etc.
