What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is good, the end of year review reflects how much your salary increases by. Unfortunately, in my experience at NGA, there have been no bonuses or encouragements to pursue goals.
I received a few other grad offers at the end of uni and I believe NGA is a little behind the mark with regards to pay (at least with my discipline). But I'm also not completely sure how the pay system works at NGA (so it may be a lower starting salary but with more frequent pay bumps). I haven't received a bonus before but I believe they should be every 6-12 months and should reflect performance.
Bonuses are based on performance and the structure has recently been changed to include all job levels, meaning all regular employees have an opportunity to earn a bonus.
