Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Beautiful offices in Martin Place. Great facilities. Dress code is dress for your day.

Dress code is now dress for your day! This makes getting dressed less stressful and easier to fit into one's lifestyle. The office space is very lush, very modern and very stylish! The desk arrangements are, however, not the best. The chairs are very uncomfortable (there is no support for a person's upper back and the monitors are difficult to arrange at a height that suits each person). If it were not for these two issues, sitting at work all day wouldn't be stressful

The Melbourne office is newly built. We have a large end-of-trip facilities area for bike storage, with showers and bathrooms there for staff use. Dress code is team dependent, as we "dress for our day". Disputes teams tend to have a more formal dress code, with very little scope for more casual dress. Front-end teams, however, have a very relaxed dress code with jeans and clean sneakers being perfectly appropriately.

The fact the office space is moving to one floor is a really disruptive and feels like a cost savings exercise. Very little room in the fridge and generally the lack of a gym is unhelpful

New office, we all have standing desks. The end of trip facilities are elite.

We are in a great office - Level 21 - 23 of 111 Eagle Street. The facilities are great and there is heads of natural nights and views of the river. We recently implemented a new 'dress for your day' policy allowing for more casual dress attire when you are not client facing that day.
