2022 Nova Systems Graduate Program – Engineering

About the NGDP:

The NGDP is a two-year program that will provide you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make a meaningful contribution to Nova, determine your own career pathway and solve the problems that really matter.

The NGDP provides:

• A permanent role with Nova Systems
• Structured rotations across different parts of the business
• Specific training and professional development for graduates
• Regular contact with senior staff including a dedicated mentor
• Grad Program Committee to shape the NGDP for future generations
• Annual Graduate Summit and regular social events

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics majors preferred).
• Australian Citizen (due to Defence Security requirements).
• Ability to pass a Federal Police check.
