Office & Workplace at Nova Systems

8.4
8.4 rating for Workplace, based on 32 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Nova offices are modern and comfortable. They have kitchens with snacks and drinks available for free. Nova has a dress for the day policy which allows employees to wear clothes which are comfortable and appropriate for the day.

The spaces and facilities available are excellent. Offices are well appointed with everyone one could need to work, including spare food and snacks. The office dress code is very fair because it allows staff to dress to a level of formality that reflects their day. I feel more comfortable in slightly more casual clothing when working internally so the extra freedom is appreciated.

The offices are clean, well kept, tidy and productive environments. Bonus points: Tim Tams

A great modern office with plenty of amenities, such as coffee machines, snacks, lollies, and biscuits. My only gripe is because we are hot desking. Nova's dress code is called "dress for your day". Which basically means, you dress for what your day requires of you, for example a day of normal business you can wear some smart casual clothing, but if you have a day of important meetings with external stakeholders you should dress appropriately.

It's pretty good, I wish I could come in more casual clothes.

The office space is great, plenty of room, nice desks, and plenty of monitors. No complaints. The only downside would be the amount of people to interact with people are either on site or WFH.

The o_ce is slightly disjointed with having two distinct areas with a large conference room that rarely gets used. Located 40km from the City of Newcastle, Tra_c is the issue depending on start time. With no early start getting access can prove di_cult if there is no-one with a key starting early. No under cover parking and minimal food around to purchase. Dress code is Business Casual minimum e.g. Chino and company shirt or dress shirt

Work office is located in Newstead, Brisbane. We are encouraged to wear smart casual in the office.

I've only visited the Melbourne office but the office is great. Very clean, open spaced to encourage collaboration, with big offices equipped with good cameras and technology for meetings. Bathroom facilities for Level 5 of the building are very clean and in great condition. "The dress for your day" dress code is great and allows for a bit of flexibility in what I wear. I can dress smartly without requiring the business attire that I wear to the client site. Allows me to be a bit more comfortable when in the office.

Adelaide facilities are great, but the Brisbane facilities arent of the same quality but are suitable space. Location in Brisbane could be much better to make it easier to travel to. Dress code is flexible which makes things more comfortable in the heat of Brisbane.

Good office, location and facilities, office can be quite empty most days so not a lot of incentive to work from the office. Dress code is good, dress for the day mentality which provides flexibility in daily apparel.

Canberra office while space and working area wise is good other amenities are worse than some other offices. Canberra does not have an awesome coffee machine, and has poor snack options. Not much incentive to go to office.

Office space and workstations are excellent. However, they are hardly used to even half of their capacity, in compared to Melbourne office for example. Most staff are on client site or work remotely. No set dress code, smart casual.

Both the QLD and VIC offices which I've worked out of have been great. The facilities and office space/desks are all just what's needed. The kitchen provided also gives ample room to sit and eat at with colleagues, and is amply stocked with snacks and treats as well. The dress code is flexible, usually around business/smart casual, depending on client prescence.

Space is ok. Layout is ok. There seems to be a bit of wasted space. The facilities are ok. The snacks that are provided by the company were great when I first started but they got worse over time. the snack budget allocated to this o_ce hasn't changed, the company just said that we weren't allowed to buy the snacks we were with the budget we were given. Dress code is business - business casual. they say, dress for your day. so if you have meetings, dress professionally, but if not then you can dress a bit more casually, just keep in mind that we're in an o_ce.

My company has a very ideal location in the city with close access to public transport. The office itself is filled with suitable facilities that I need to conduct my work such as access to a printer, stationary, meeting rooms etc. The company encourages its employees to dress for their day. In the office, it is a neat casual/business attire

Great office space in a great location, very easy to get to from the CBD. Great facilities - snacks, coffee, fridge, microwaves, cutlery and crockery. My only gripe with the office is that we cannot open windows to get fresh air, and the overhead white lights hurt my head and eyes after a while - there is a large body of research that suggest these lights contribute to the deterioration of eye health. Dress code is business casual with the ability to wear polo shirts, and 'dress for your day' allows some flexibility.

Dress code is relaxed. stationed with kitchen and snacks which is great reason to come into office

We have a dress for your day policy, which is good. This awesome especially for young professionals who might not always afford to own multiple suits. The office spaces are good and the locations well placed with the right amount of facilities.

Melbourne office is spectacular. The office managers do a great job in keeping the area clean and facilitating the space for workers. They do a great job and are extremely friendly. Dress code is smart casual, but often is more relaxed. It is expected that you dress more formally/appropriately when seeing clients. Overall the dress code allow people to relax and not fuss about what they are wearing, they get to be themselves.
