You pick up a lot of new skills that you might not have learnt at university. Because there are different teams to rotate through, you might do some accounting work in one team, or some economics work in another and you do some policy work as well, so if want to become an all-rounder and have a hand in everything – Treasury is really good with that.

Treasury was one of the more attractive options to me after I graduated because I have an interest in politics and social affairs and policies that have an impact on the people of NSW. For students with similar interests, Treasury is definitely the place to be.
