Every day I get to liaise with multiple stakeholders and also perform a variety of different tasks, all of which are very challenging. Sometimes when things aren't challenging, it�s only because of previous experience and teachings that make it seem easy.
Very open role - day to day responsibilities include integration and maintenance engineering, platform ownership, development, technical impact assessments and vendor management.
My role includes performing platform management responsibilities. This means my day to day my responsibilities include: - Engaging with vendors to acquire quotes and purchase equipment - Coordinating hardware installations in multiple site around Australia - Working with multi-disciplinary teams to design telecommunication systems. - Drafting and finalizing engineering documents in the development of key systems.
My first rotation had me working on two major projects, both which I presented to the VP of HR. He gave great feedback and my recommendations are now being launched to the entire business (10,000 employees!). My new rotation is less project based and is where I am learning all of the backend policies and systems which is going to be a huge asset moving forward in my career.
I have had amazing opportunities including international placements. We are given the opportunity to experience many areas of the business. For me I have had the experience of customer research, product launches, business casing solutions, implementing frontline initiatives and extensive project work.
Analysis and forecasting on mobile products. I look after entire P&Ls which is challenging but also fulfilling.
My role as a customer experience (lean six sigma) green belt is to drive transformation within the business. This involves solving process related issues to ensure a brilliant customer experience and drive business benefits. I am also involved in supporting product launches (eg iPhone launch) by championing the voice of the customer.
My current role is in the customer facing operations of the business and helping launch initiatives that give our customers a better experience. As a marketing graduate I have experienced areas of the business from customer and market research to product launches and international placements.
I've had challenging and rewarding work from day one. My role encompasses reporting on sales and preparing data and insights for SLT, to working on delivering new devices to market. Great to see that what I do day-to-day helps ends up in stores across the country.

Very specialised positions with a great deal of responsibilities. But again; lacking the range and variety of responsibilities seen in smaller organisations.
For somebody starting out in my career I have been handed a high level of responsibility which has allowed me to thrive.
Varied, managers ensure you have projects to work on autonomously, not treated like a "young employee".
The work is enjoyable, you see the value behind it and it there are plenty of chances to challenge yourself
