There is an active Graduate Sustainability Committee that is involved in contributing positively to society and the environment.

Since 2012 has been improving significantly. Orica is a corporate partner with Engineers Without Borders and have brought down out of date inspections at manufacturing sites significantly to improve safety and reduce emissions.
