Training & development is a real focus at Partners in Performance. As a business analyst, my first two weeks involved formal training run by the leadership team which was followed by 8 weeks of 'apprenticeship'. Apprenticeship is on the job training where you have a designated coach who helps to upskill you quickly, this experience is super tailored to you.

The training & development program is very structured and the Training Team have done a really great job at adapting the program to COVID. The training program is probably a lot to take in during the first few months of starting a new job and can be a bit difficult to complete (e.g. some tasks can only be done on certain engagements) but you get a lot of support to navigate it. You also get a lot of coaching on the job, which is the most valuable experience
