Big focus on socialising and team activities. While there is a semi-linear hierarchy there is clarity in communication and there is no set responsibility in each career level.
Good after hour social events, hierarchy rigid at times, good culture of the delegation of tasks.
During business hours, everyone knows what they are responsible for and will get the job done to a high level and depending on your sub-group within the firm, there is usually work drinks on Friday after work.
Office - it has been very easy to develop relationships with everyone in the team and the wider firm. It doesn't matter if it�s a partner, director or a fellow analyst, everyone is always happy to put in the time to build a relationship which is key for long term cooperation. After hours - there has been no shortage of social club and firm events happening throughout the year and we haven't even experienced the Christmas party season yet! The firm really does reward you for the hard work we put in the office.
