Managers are very accessible and easy to talk to, and doors are always open. Internal communication and feedback routines are something that we're working on at the moment, but I think we do well already.

Managers are great - good access to directors and senior management. Performance feedback and development has historically not been front of mind and varies depending on your team members and partner however, is definitely progressing.
