Culture at Procter & Gamble
- Average rating for Culture, based on 12 reviews8.5 / 10
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
People are generally quite nice however there is no culture after hours. Even during hours there is limited socialising as everyone is too busy. It is quite a flat hierarchy which is good as we get exposure to the leadership team. Teams are very very small so there is a lack of team culture too. There doesn't seem to be very close friendships at work.
Office culture is great, good benefits such as work from home, concierge and company events. After-hours culture still non-existent, office location makes it hard for people to network in a less formal setting.
P&G culture is all about its PVPs. Purpose, values and the principles. We collaborate on the basis of Trust, ownership and leadership. Everybody therefore holds these values to a very high level which brings all the team members very close. Secondly we believe in inclusion and diversity and therefore we have a diverse work field. With an open door policy, everyone is accessible in the company, even the directors. There are frequent events that gives an opportunity to bring the entire team together.
Flat line hierarchy, easy to approach colleagues for assistance. However being located remotely there is lack of socialising and communication between colleagues.
Being in the Melbourne office, it is smaller, and thus there is a stronger culture and greater bond between employees.
People are generally nice and friendly. Certainly a competitive environment as we're ranked against each other. Strong cooperation and teamwork.
Fantastic culture. Likeable team and very helpful and welcoming. After hours socials occur reasonably often and are great for getting to know the team. Colleagues work well together
Work life balance is encouraged, flexible working hours. Really great people who enjoy socialising after hours.
