The hiring process was exactly as described on the company website. I felt welcomed at the interview and was able to be comfortable to answer and all questions and be myself.
Numerical and personality online test. Group interview. Personal interviews and interviews with the managers.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
The questions were more based upon my characteristics rather than technical skills. They wished to know how i have coped in certain situations and how i can apply my past leadership experiences within the company.
Achievements during university, what makes myself stand out, previous working conditions, experiences academically, practically and socially.
Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
It is best to be yourself, be confident in yourself and most importantly remember, it's not only you being interviewed, you are also interviewing the company to make sure you fit there as well
Understand the company's background, product and developments for yourself.
