No matter what career choices you make, we want all women to reach their full potential.
To help empower young women to confidently advance their careers, we’ve created an interactive all-day workshop that addresses all this and more. Through a series of lightning talks and discussions, you’ll uncover biases that affect women, learn how to successfully navigate the start of your professional journey, and develop the confidence to differentiate yourself and create success in your career.

This program is open to all female students along with recent graduates, regardless of whether they are cisgender, transgender or gender diverse.
