What Graduates Say About Them
  • The level of responsibility. Also, the people are genuinely nice and care about my career progression.
  • Opportunities to learn and develop skills that aren't necessarily aligned with my qualifications. Flexibility. Career development opportunities. Good culture among teams.
  • Lifestyle, work conditions, and respect you're treated with.
  • Pay and Superannuation benefits.
  • The team around you is incredibly friendly and will always take the time to explain/introduce you to the work during your time here.
  • Pay.
  • Sometimes there is a lack of consistency with workload; some days you're busy and others are quiet.
  • There's not really enough people for all the work there is to do.
  • Job security - not knowing if you will have a permanent job or if your current team is willing to keep you on longer term after the graduate program.
  • Sometimes short timeframes to complete certain deliverables.
