Lots of friendships at work, and out of work events to drive team building. There is great camaraderie through the day
Very much a 'work hard, play hard' company. Strong sense of teamwork within the brands. Ownership and accountability are also strongly valued.

Strong comradery outside the office and generally within. It is still a very diverse and informal workplace considering its market influence in Australia. Structurally, the business is very flat and top management are extremely accessible. New office free desk structures means all line managers work beside their team.
