Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Very lively and young company. With COVID restrictions in mind, we have a good mix of both in-person and online avenues to connect and work together. A very flat structure that encourages good team work.

Very much a work hard play hard culture. It is always very busy and can be stressful but everyone is very social, so when we get to do social events they are always a lot of fun

Culture here is great - I can only speak for my team. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. They ensure you set boundaries and take time to yourself so that you don't burn out. As a graduate or someone in a junior role, I don't feel like I'm treated below anyone else as the workspace is very collaborative and they really consider your input. Teamwork is also very key at Reckitt. People here will also spare half hour to one of their time to run you through things you're unsure about regardless of which department you're in. They are very motivated to ensure you don't feel lost and unsure but it's your responsibility to take the initiative to reach out which is what I like most about this place. They're supportive but they also try and encourage a sense of independence and self-sufficiency amongst employees.

Fostered a strong culture of high performance and achievement. Increasingly focused on the after work/ out of work culture; more initiatives built around purpose, sustainability, charity and social pillars which is greatly appreciated. Really encourages socializing amongst colleagues!

Strong culture of socialising outside work hours, with monthly team, function and business-wide events. Strong emphasis on collaboration. Managers/leaders are very friendly in the office!

A culture that encourages you to speak up and take action if a process can be improved Never too junior to make a difference - if strategy/recommendation and is tangible there is a forum to voice your recommendation and make real impact in your business from day 1

Lots of friendships at work, and out of work events to drive team building. There is great camaraderie through the day

Very much a 'work hard, play hard' company. Strong sense of teamwork within the brands. Ownership and accountability are also strongly valued.

Company incentives conference; very collaborative meetings; able to approach GM whenever I want

High level of teamwork - loads of inter-departmental social functions, including sporting events & competitions, dinners, conferences.

Strong comradery outside the office and generally within. It is still a very diverse and informal workplace considering its market influence in Australia. Structurally, the business is very flat and top management are extremely accessible. New office free desk structures means all line managers work beside their team.
