A Day in the Life at Reckitt Australia & New Zealand

As a graduate, Reckitt invests in our learning and development with several helpful training courses throughout the year designed to develop our commercial capabilities and leadership competencies.

After lunch, we all head back to the office and got to work! As I mentioned earlier, Wednesday afternoons are meeting-free so you can really push out a bunch of work. For me this week, it was all about progressing some new product artworks that we’ve been working through.

I head into our fortnightly meeting with our Reckitt leadership team since I have some alignment points needed on my projects. I have already prepared a presentation to provide the updates, and have received feedback from my cross-functional team and manager on any builds or information I needed from them over the week.

Alix graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney 2020 and is now a Commercial Graduate at Reckitt Hygiene Australia, currently completing a rotation as an Assistant Brand Manager, Finish.
