Through our hands on, supportive and structured Graduate Program we will assist you with your transition from university to work life, enabling you to successfully kick-start your exciting new career.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia; Saab Australia's Graduate program will give you the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, to deliver world leading and innovative projects. You will be exposed to several areas within the business through structured rotations, and develop your skills and knowledge through complex projects and work assignments.

We are searching for talented and inquisitive problem-solvers; and who have a passion for delivering products that will help to keep people safe.

To be eligible for the Saab Australia Graduate Program, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Completed within the last two (2) years, or about to complete, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specialising in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Systems, Mechatronics or Software; and
  • To work at Saab you must comply with defence industry security requirements (i.e. you will be an Australian citizen or able to meet eligibility requirements).
