Salary at Saab Australia

Pay is competitive, slightly higher than competing businesses. Bonuses appear not to be part of Saab's structure.

I am very happy with my current pay, however I am slightly unsure about how the company goes about pay increases/raises/promotions.

Our pay and benefits as a graduate engineer seem more than fair. The scheme on how this increases each year also seems very fair.

Pay and bonus leave is good

It is more than fair for my position and received an unexpected remuneration during the year. So happy with it at this stage, the test from my view is at the end of the graduate program the ability to negotiate a change in working conditions and the level of reunification.

The extras are a real bonus and the salary is definitely fair value. The super being excluded and a fair percentage is also.

I am satisfied, although would be open to more!

2 weeks extra leave per year! This is a massive benefit to Saab. Significant subsidies for both the social club (most people are members) and an on-site cafe

Leave policy is quite good

6 weeks of leave total, high super, share matching program, income insurance, scones on thursday mornings, Social Club BBQ once a month, pizza and beers after department meetings

Total of 6 weeks annual leave as opposed to 4

We don't really have any perks.

The best policy in place is salary continuance insurance.

Leave policies are flexible.

2 weeks extra leave so 6 weeks total (4 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks Saab leave). Free tickets to basketball games etc, subsidised lunch at work cafe, and subsidised event tickets e.g. half price mini golf or half price Illuminate (SA) tickets with Saab's social club.

Saab provides and extra two weeks of leave to all employees. This leave can be cashed out at the end of the year if employees dont want to take the extra leave.

Brilliant, the court side 36ers tickets are great. and the 10 extra days of Saab leave are very handy and much appreciated. Have had some free dinners the boss has picked up, i didn't move, never needed am uber, and the offer a discount on all manner of shopping experiences which i used quite often. access to private health is through 3rd party with an discount, it was just more viable for my situation to choose a different option.

There are generous leave policies here and there is reduced pay on many social activities if you wish to participate.
