Pros & Cons

  • Great organisational culture, working arrangements are extremely flexible and understanding. Lots of opportunities to do impactful work and take ownership in your graduate program, with very friendly colleagues who have your best interest in mind. Toxicity is not tolerated and everyone's comfort is prioritised which is great.
  • Flexibility, diversity and lots of opportunities to grow your career locally and globally.
  • Everyone shows support towards each other and tries to ensure that you are feeling comfortable in your job and position.
  • Management and team. My direct managers have created a supportive environment for me in my first rotation. The specialists in my team were also very helpful with my development and onboarding. I am grateful for the connections I have made in the program.
  • Very few people come and work in the office, most choose to work remotely. might change after we move into the new office next year.
  • Large organisation - things move slowly and can be difficult to navigate.
  • It's a very big company. It is bit complicated in the beginning to get start with all the information at a time.
  • Less people are coming to the office so there's lies opportunity to network in the office, but there's networking events and morning teas to make up for it.

All staff members are very helpful and approachable, regularly have lunch with people of varying experience and responsibilities ranging from VPs to other graduates and interns.

Overall good. My first rotation was very involved and fast-paced. This propelled me to learn and develop faster career wise. Day-to-day responsibilities is up to your manager. This program is very manager reliant.

Managers are quite open to communication and depending on the person, a calendar booking/spontaneous walk-n-talk is preferred. My efforts have always been recognised and appreciated. Feedback sessions are both analytical and constructive.

We have a brand new office, which is state of the art. The dress code is business casual so it is relaxed.

Pre interview screening - good and fun. Recorded interview - well structured. Interview - very friendly interviewers and made me feel comfortable. Alignment with company values. Personal values. past projects. problem solving. emotional intelligence questions. Read up on what Schneider believes in, and what they invest in as a company. Learn more about yourself and make sure to show the best version of yourself - it's okay to not be perfect.

Fair pay with good bonuses. nice pay increase rate as a graduate dependent on performance. There’s an app with discounts/perks. Also other employees/your manager can give you step up points and it can be used to get additional leave in the year.
