At the office our culture is casual and open, and I think it is good. Most people in our team have other workmates that they catch up with outside of work. Our team is management heavy, which means there is a lot of communicating between and within teams.

Very broad hierarchy. Culture depends on your specific team, but on the whole quite positive. Good level of cooperation, teamwork and socialising amongst colleagues. 9AM-6PM = hours on average.
People are very friendly able to socialize outside outside of work hours is a big plus especially being new to the city
Schneider's set up in the office is open plan, with only a handful of offices. There are many teams that are spread out across the country and world to create a bigger picture result. We use many digital tools to share information, including our own "social media" platform. Outside of the work environment, there are many sporting activities that go on at lunch in the parks surrounding the office. We also have frequent drinks nights to let everyone relax and enjoy themselves.
