Salary at Schneider Electric

What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
In my position I feel that the pay is suitable, especially given that I am in a development role. I have received two pay rises in my time here, and in each case I feel like my efforts and achievements have been taken into account. I do not receive bonuses.
As I have only passed through two graduate assessments and haven't had to go through a real pay review process, I cannot say.
Pay should only be an aspect you consider when you get the job. Once you're in, it should be your intrinsic motivators that get you your salary increases and bonuses. What is more important are your core values, not how much you get paid. Schneider supports me enough to continue my dream and values
