What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay and bonuses are very reasonable for my current position and career status.
Graduate, Adelaide
I believe all graduates should not be getting the same salary. The bonuses are ok. The salary for graduates is also ok, but for normal employees it is mid-market, which could be improved.
Graduate, Brisbane
The salary package could most definitely be more competitive, especially with the current harsh inflation. It is much less attractive compared to other large companies that hire lots of talents graduates, such as Amazon. We also have a simple arrangement of salary, super, and bonus - whereas other companies also offer sign-on bonuses, stocks, allowances etc.

Pay is good, bonus system is very good.
Graduate, Melbourne
Pay is good, increase at the end of each rotation based on performance review and also yearly bonus.
Graduate, Melbourne
Fair pay with good bonuses. nice pay increase rate as a graduate dependent on performance.
Graduate, Benalla
Share scheme, great pay and bonuses, reward program which can be redeemed for physical products.
Graduate, Sydney
The pay is on the average to higher end of what I see other graduate jobs paying. The bonuses are based on work performance which I fully agree with.
Graduate, Melbourne
I like the developmental salary based on performance, and STP bonuses. Base salary for technical graduates can be adjusted to market rate.
Graduate, Sydney
Quite happy with the grad level salary and have not utilised any extra perks yet due to the short amount of time worked so far.
Graduate, Adelaide
Decent. There is a promise of increasing base salaries but once you roll off the program it doesn't matter as it is likely for you to receive a standard contract for that position, which will be a set amount above what you already earn that doesn't take into consideration your previous pay increases.

There could be more.
Graduate, Sydney
After each rotation, depending on whether you achieved your set goals at the start of the rotation, a bonus will be added to your salary when you start the next rotation.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Discounts at a variety of stores and hotels.
Graduate, Brisbane
There is a point based rewards system that allows you to purchase items with your points. There is also an app with discounts from most popular stores.

We have a program called Optimise which is partnered with Smart spending - this provides us discounts via giftcards, cashback, exclusive offers to over 400 major retailers. This has allowed me to save a lot on costs for my living. We also have a recognition platform inside the company where you can be gifted point bonuses that can amount to hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards, and graduates who perform are gifted this no less than a fulltime colleague which is a great perk. Schneider also has a yearly shares campaign where they will match and double the shares you buy of the company every year. This is a good long-term benefit if you choose to opt in.
