What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Compared to other industries the pay and bonus structure is fantastic
Pay is very good, exceeding that of most of my fellow university graduates.
Very good. Not the best in industry though.
Currently working as an expat receiving fantastic remuneration package.
Great bonuses on top of an amazing pay.
Top of the benchmark. Some competitors pay more, however this also comes with a lack of training and development from the company management itself
The salary at Shell is modest/decent relative to other companies. You certainly don't join for the pay you join for the opportunities afforded to you with respect to growth (training and career) and travel.
Well Shell is my second company, and given it pays somewhat more than my previous employer, I can't complain.
Very generous, one of the highest for graduates out there.
Amazing compared to industry
Very good for my experience level and amongst peers!
