Managers are readily accessible. People above "Manager" are also accessible. Specific program to provide a mentor at a vice-president level, and generally people are very supportive of young employees and therefore act as mentors.
There needs to be more development in the relationship between managers and their people. More communication and focus on how to get the best out of their people.
Quite accessible. Just go up to them and ask for 2 mins of their time. Can easily go into a meeting room for privacy.
Managers are very accessible, but (in my case) not always in tune to anything more than work-related tasks. Praise and recognition is not often noticeable within our group, though this is certainly not the case across the entire company.
