How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The company is very flexible. Some weeks may be quite standard while others may require longer hours to get things done. Leaders are generally flexible to outside of work needs which may require a slightly later start or leaving early occasionally (car servicing, moving houses, flights etc.).
Entry level, Sydney
Very flexible, although it depends on the role. Working from home is encouraged.
Entry level, Brisbane
Suncorp is very flexible when it comes to work hours and is willing to work with schedules on a personal level. I have a pretty normal schedule, and on an average day I get into work around 8 or 8:30am and leave around 5.
Depends where you work. reasonably flexible however
37.5, start and finish when you want. Work from home when you want. Just make sure you get your work done.
Suncorp is very flexible. Most teams allow staff to work from home at least 1 day a week, if not more. We also have flexibility when it comes to start and finish times and are not expected to work excessive hours.
I work quite long hours when it is required, although there is little expectation for me to work more than ordinary business hours, there is an expectation that I will meet the set deadlines. Specific start/ finish times are very flexible/
Generally don't have any late nights unless I have support work. Easy to work from home when it's needed.
