We're looking for technical associates who want to bring their passion and skills to a business that makes a real difference to the lives of Australians. We are excited to have multiple opportunities available for Technology Associates to join us, commencing in April 2019. This challenging and rewarding position will see you work alongside industry thought-leaders, with a 12 month, focused development program to fast track your career in a modern Agile environment.

Working in pods, small teams embedded in the business, the main function of this role is to support continuous delivery across the software engineering life cycle – analysis, development, testing and support on the digital, database and .net platforms.

Throughout the one year program you will receive:

When it comes to choosing Associates for our program, we're highly selective. We're looking for candidates who have:

• a strong academic track record, however this doesn't have to be in a technology degree
• a strong desire to work in the life insurance industry
• effective communication skills with a curious mind and a willingness to learn
• an interest in a role that not only embraces technology and analytical skills but is also customer focused
• initiative and drive, working well both individually and in a team environment, and
• a desire to help Australians make the most of their life.
