My direct manager is very good. As management moves up the chain, they become less and less visible to employees (which makes sense due to workload and priorities). Every manager that I have worked for when rotating around the business has been fair, supportive and has given me important career advice which I have used moving forward. I have felt that I can approach my managers at any time and that they were never too busy to help.
