There seems to be good opportunities for people to advance in this company, it depends on your role, skills and aspirations.
If you work hard and dedicate yourself you are rewarded
I have not been told how to progress my career.
As a graduate, I am unsure how hard it is to move up. However, some people that have started as graduates have moved into product ownership positions within 3 years of working with the company
Put in the good work and you will get noticed.
The graduate program is a 1 year program that gets you to the position of Developer, and from there people can move up as quickly as they want by asking for more responsibility. Moving up the ranks means taking on ownership of a particular product or a section of a product and opportunities to do this are very frequent.
I am not sure yet. It seems, at least in R&D, that if you are good enough, you will rise up. This means that the people that are good enough to rise will, and those that don't put in all their effort will not.
Work hard, put in effort, go above and beyond. You will be noticed and rewarded.
Opportunities are based on openings, skills and merit as with most companies.
