What you'll be doing as a HR graduate
You'll support our Transformation and People teams who provide people and ways of working strategies, health and safety, and transformation governance that impacts everything we do.

What skills and experiences do you need?
You'll need to be a great communicator, a team contributor and someone who likes to solve complex problems. We're also looking for graduates who have experience in:

  • Data analytics
  • Systems thinking
  • Stakeholder management

Program eligibility
You need to have completed or will successfully complete a three-year undergraduate degree in the past three years (2017, 2018, 2019) with a minimum Credit Average. Weight Average Mark of 60 and above.

You must be an Australian or NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident.

International students with visa subclass 500, 573 or 574 are eligible to apply for the technical pathways only. International Students studying a Masters must complete a minimum two year master's course at an Australian University.
