THE ROLE

Winslow offers a two-year graduate program for Graduates, designed to provide you with broad experience across a range of different disciplines in the civil construction industry. Our Graduates will have opportunities to develop and grow their knowledge and skills across Civil Engineering, Surveying, Utilities, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability.

You will be provided with a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded construction professional that will lay the foundation and position you for future technical or leadership roles upon the completion of the program. You will be provided with opportunities to progress your career and build strong, lasting relationships in a supportive team environment. 

We are interested to hear from Graduates and Undergraduates across the following disciplines:
