Can very early on move into high-responsibility roles such as a strategy owner and even move into our higher-performing risk-taking desks. Need to perform good work with measurable results/performance

Relaxed culture, flexible work hours. Open floor to easily talk to anyone about ideas/problems. Pretty flat structure and team/collaborative environment. People are generally friends with each other outside of work.

Diversity
Very good in terms of child care and maternity/paternity leave. In terms of hiring (grads specifically), its mainly just skill based and don't take diversity too much into consideration. We do have a range of backgrounds that are hired from all over the world.

Management
Pretty good. Have fortnightly catch ups to discuss anything. Haven't had too much focus on performance yet since current manager is relatively new but gives good feedback on the direction my work is currently taking.

Training

Training
First 3 months was really good. Dev rotation where our dev skills are developed quickly and we got quite familiar with the tools and systems. Next 3 months was good to get familiar with other parts of the code. Other courses have also been delivered on C++ and python to develop those areas as well more advanced courses on latency.
