Application Process & Interviews at Toll Group

I had two people interview me on a presentation I had to prepare

The application process was one of the best ones I've ever had. I received emails from a person all the way through, responding to each task that I had to do. There were 3 rounds of interviews, with an assessment in one of them, mostly relating to situation response.

why Toll? - tell me a time when you had to take initiative? - tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer? - what can you bring to Toll? -

The questions typically were ones relating to my work history, what brought me to this point. Other ones such as 'Why Toll?' There are others that are behavioural based, i.e. how do you respond in a situation like....

Be independent

I recommend anyone with an interest and some form of relevant qualification apply. To best prepare, be passionate about industries like logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing, maritime or aviation. I also recommend really thinking about Toll, go look on their website, see what they are about, and if that really aligns to you as a person, apply.
