The online application was quite standard The online interview was a little challenging The first face-to-face interview went really well The second interview was a great meet and greet with the managing director which was very relaxed and I felt comfortable. The last stage included a police check, reference check and medical quite standard.

After the online application , an online video interview was conducted. From there I had a face to face interview with the People & Culture lead and the GM Asset Management. The second interview was with the Managing Director and finally a medical, police and reference check.

I was asked about my background, what I studied. I was also asked to give a few examples of scenarios I had been in. For example, 'when was a time you had to collate and use large volumes of data?' and 'Name an unsafe situation that you have experience and how you handled it'.
