Salary at Transgrid

What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Even though I came from construction, which is known for it's brutal hours offset by a higher payrate, I found that this company has a higher salary. This, plus the additional super contributions and the 9-day working fortnight arrangement seems very generous.

For my experience level, my pay is very good. My opportunities moving up are also very good.
Graduate, Sydney
The contract I'm on is fair for the work I do (maybe a little generous). I can't speak of contracts of more experience people.
Great salary.
As a graduate I do not receive bonuses, however I believe the pay is fair.
Great base pay for a graduate. No progression until after the program.
Graduate, Sydney
great as a graduate role - however with Sydney's current economy it can be difficult.
Graduate, Sydney
I think for the role I'm employed under; the salary is acceptable. However, I'm not satisfied with this salary, but I accepted this salary to get the job and the experience that comes along with it.
Graduate, Sydney
could be more competitive.
Graduate, Sydney
Pay is the best on offer for a graduate role.
Graduate, Sydney
No bonuses or rem review for grads. Pay is better than average grad salary but could be better to match inflation.
The overtime rates are amazing, and base rate with super is also amazing
if KPI's are exceeded you'll be rewarded.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
The best perk would be the 9-day fortnights, however the company is also very generous when it comes to sustenance or relocation help. For graduates (and also others I believe), if you choose to move within the state to work from a different depot, there is a $3k moving assistance on offer, and any time you have to sleep away from home (for site visits, training week, etc.) there is a nightly sustenance pay on top of your original pay which I have found to be quite generous. They have also been very encouraging of additional (but relevant) training, which have been funded by the company.
