As a UMC, you will join a passionate team from around the world and undertake an intensive training and development program designed to build the skills and experiences necessary to run a business generating millions in sales.

To be an effective business leader, our UMC graduates are expected to start with the basics. The program has been intentionally structured to progress through different activities and responsibilities allowing you to gain a full understanding of all aspects of the UNIQLO business and its operations. We will support and guide you to develop the ability to commercially lead your own business and manage a team whilst maintaining the customer experience at the forefront at all times.

  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
