The University of Sydney Development Graduates Program is an exciting way to launch your career in fundraising and provides you with an opportunity to advance education and research to transform lives. This prestigious fully paid program is a one-year fixed-term contract, beginning in March 2023.

As part of this program, you will:

gain exposure to the depth and breadth of Advancement through comprehensive on-the-job rotational training through our Development, Community Giving, Planned Giving, and Prospect Development teams.
learn best-practice fundraising fundamentals alongside an impressive team of advancement professionals, academics and researchers
be guided by two mentors with extensive experience in philanthropy
follow in the footsteps of previous USYD Development Graduates who have now embarked on careers within our growing team.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. For a continuing position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.

Australian Temporary Residents currently employed at the University of Sydney may be considered for a fixed-term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the position.
