Depending on the rotation, I have been responsible for a variety of tasks. From writing website copy, to interview program stakeholders and grant recipients, my work has been varied across the year.

Depending on your department and team, this differs hugely. One of my rotations included lots of administrative -like tasks which did not feel like they went anywhere and were more of a time filler. Other times, I have been given important responsibilities to help the team at late notice which felt stimulating and contributed toward the work of the employer. Overall though, the workload of a graduate is generally a lighter workload to allow for time to learn and assist more senior staff members. Even when asked for more work during quiet periods, suggested readings were assigned

Depends on the department and team. In my second and third rotation, had great managers and meaningful work to develop my skills. In my first rotation it was a struggle to get any work to do at all. Developing PowerBI dashboards to analyse services and performance, as well as budget usage.
Graduate, Melbourne
At the moment, my day to day responsibilities are focused around managing an enquiries inbox, sending out a media highlights reel that is relevant to the workstream, and producing powerpoint products for di_erent stakeholders.
