My company is very passionate about diversity. We have a diversity council that is consisted of employees from all levels who work together to initiate activities that educates and contributes to various issues.
We aren't that diverse in terms of gender but we are trying to get there. In other ethnic factors, I think we are quite okay.
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
